People are like icebergs.
Today was a whole bunch of stuff including the highly fascinating pig’s trotter dissection. You know, you cut through the skin, grab hold of the tendons, give a sharp tug and the toes wiggle. Great fun. And whilst my lovely students were nonplussed to start with (despite being told last week…), eventually out came the phones for videos, pictures and even a “can I have a go?”. No selfies though, but much laughter and “wow, that’s so cool!” Like this:
