No one likes unexpected visits; least of all teachers who dislike interference or disruption in a carefully crafted lesson. Usually the unexpected visitor carries a message (can Andy Murray come to the PE office… ) or a package (Theresa, your mum has brought in your Brexit homework…); sometimes it’s a visitor: and just know that that time of application work is going to be interrupted by them talking to your students during the quiet application time asking them if they understand what they’ve been taught. Argh.
