Excellent Service for Support Staff | neilatkin63

In the last six years I have worked in hundreds of schools in dozens of countries.  Mostly the support staff are the ones that create those all important first impressions and these can be very varied. I have had everything from feeling ignored, to a couple of secretaries encouraging me to strip off more than my leathers when I arrived on a motorbike!  We all have a need to feel valued and usually a quick smile is all it takes. A cup of tea takes it to the next level ( this is normal behaviour in Wales )
